Wall vases are made in the similar fashion as tall vases, using imported color glass rods and mixing the accent colors into the main color. Much care is used in mixing the colors to achieve the desired affect. Too much accent color and the piece will blow in a lopsided fashion. Not enough accent color and the finished wall vase have no color contrast. The holes are poked through with a metal punch and fired polished with oxygen, propane torch. The leather strap is attached on each piece with copper wire which snitches tight on each hole.
